BASS - 1965 - DANELECTRO

Silvertone Bass made by Danelectro model 1444 - U1 style - single pickup electric bass guitar This is a 1965 Silvertone electric bass guitar made by Danelectro. The bass has a black finish, one lipstick tube style pickup, a chrome plated four-way adjustable bridge with a Brazilian rosewood saddle and a Brazilian rosewood fretboard. The body is semi-hollow and about the same size as a guitar so it is very portable and light in terms of weight. It has a clean tonal quality that ranges from deep and tight to dark and bassy.
