This is a truly unique, custom-made, JW Jones (Jerry Jones) electro-acoustic, electric guitar. It was made by Jerry Jones in 1987 in Nashville, Tennessee USA. We believe it was made for Jon Goin, a session player in Nashville. This is a solid body guitar with a translucent blue/aquaburst finish. It has a sound hole and similar feel to an acoustic guitar but clearly is an electric. It's very lightweight. It's got an acoustic sound because of the piezo pickup but is more biting than a standard piezo pickup. This guitar sounds great through a small amp when overdriven. If you're looking for a light, hybrid guitar this is the one. It's professional made and very durable. It's been a working guitar so it's well maintained. It comes with the original gig bag.Description from VintageSilvertones.com
