National Dymanic 1125- hollow body electric guitar 1 pickup, made in Chicago 1956 blue This is a very clean National Dynamic guitar made in 1956. It is a hollowbody, electric instrument with one, single coil pickup with white surround, a beautiful blue finish with white binding on body, headstock and sound holes, white plastic heel, black coverplate with white binding on the headstock, metal trapeze tailpiece, rosewood 2 way adjustable bridge, and two white knobs. The guitar was made by National, a division of Valco in Chicago. All the electronics work perfect, the tones are amazing and with its fast action, it feels great to play. CONDITION:
This guitar is all original except for the replaced pickup surround. It is really clean and in very good condition. There is some general crazing on front back and sides, 2 holes in the front where pickguard was, a finish scrape between the pickup and bridge, a few scrapes and general wear on the back and sides. This guitar looks really cool, plays beautifully and sounds great!

TUNERS:
Closed back individual metal tuners with shield shaped plastic buttons. They are smooth and stay in tune.

NECK:
It has a straight, glued-on neck with deluxe, circular inlays on a rosewood fretboard, 19 frets, and a 24.5" scale. There is some wear on the first fret, finish wear on the black finish on the back of the neck, a scratch on either side of the neck where it is attached to the body, and paint wear on two spots on the neck. The headstock has wear on the back edges. The action is fast and the neck and the frets feel fantastic under your fingers. Description from VintageSilvertones.com

PICKUPS:
The one single coil, metal, pickup with individually adjustable pole pieces, is very clean, strong and bright. There is a volume and a tone knob. Using these will get you a variety of bright to warm tones suitable for a myriad of musical styles. Overall it has a clear bell-like tone. All of the electronics work properly.
